I actually did well after my daniel fast ended. I lost a little weight. My constipation returned thanks to stress. My doctor really broke it down to me and said IT IS MY CHOICE TO BE STRESSED. Daaaaaaaaayum! Anyway, I showed her my food journal and she zeroed in on the page where I basically ate all day because of stress.
Conincidentally, I started the ivault4 on rawfoodrehab.com It is a closed room (paid $33!) and it is really awesome group of mostly ladies. At the advice of the doctor I started getting consistent cardio. Although I ride my bike to work, I'm not getting one dedicated session of exercise in so I started committing myself to going to the gym 5-6/wk 45 min on the elliptical and sprinkling in a kettlebell workout here and there.
My doc also asked me to do some calorie counting initially so I continue my food journal and now I also record them on sparkpeople and use my iphone app.
Right now i'm doing apples and green smoothies and thai veggie mix from the cold case. I also have some green still growing in the garden. Someone gave me a green house at work (for free!) so I'm going to try to grow some greens. right now I'd say I'm about 70% raw. My ivault goal (as well as my doc!) is to lose twenty-twenty five pounds. At 120-125 I will be really lean and muscled up.
