5:48 am

I am up late this morning.
It is only 5:49 am.
I have been doing so many things.
I have been working round the clock.

Last week I completed two timelines.
I hate to call them deadlines, but with everything
else I was doing, they were near killers.

I apologize. Writing in short sentences
like this, that break often, is part of m style.
it helps me organize my mind.

My best time of day for writing is the early morning.
I live with eight others in an old house
in San Diego. It aspires to be the
Enchanted Garden Intentional Community,
but I have only been working on that idea
for about 20 years. Right now we have new youth in the house.
Youth want what they want yesterday.
When results do not happen instantaneously,
as quick as the internet, we imagine we things are not working
or there is problem with the system.

Dont you just hate it when you have a computer
error or something goes wrong with this tool
that has become the centerpiece of so much of our modern
existence?

Not only did I have two deadlines last week,
creating materials for the upcoming Pacific Symposium 2010,
but helping Keep The Beet Media Star,
The World's FIrst Talking Beet Plant
finish her column for the Space of Love Magazine.

But then came the real nailbiteer, and I have few nails left.

The senate was taking a look at passing Food Safety Laws.
Oh My God, Food Safety laws? We do not even know up form
down when it comes to food. Hardly any of us know how to eat.
Hardly any of us know what food is meant for.

I am among those who do know. My spiritual father
is Dr. Bernard Jensen, who saw more than 350,000 patients.
One of his allies during his life was Edmond Bordeaux Szekely
who I call the 20th Century Essene Renaissance Prophet.
In the world I live in, when I have my wits about me,
both of these souls are still very much alive.
The Professor, as he was called sits in a big chair
to my left, that is, when the chair is still there,
and Dr.Bernard Jensen likes to stand and pace and look
over my right shoulder. I knew personally Dr. Bernard Jensen
from 1972 until his death in 2001. I helped ghostwrite some of his books.
I witnessed and saw the miracle of food.

I saw what food is meant for.
Now that would be a good subject for the first Huffington Post
Blog that would get printed.

I better go write that now, if I really want to get something in.

My first problem is...I like to write on my blog.
When I copy and paste into Pages or the Huffington Post's
preferred app, Microsoft Word, It apparently can show up on the
other end with symbols and strange markings.

Catch you later....

I need to go write to Russell Bishop, the senior editor,
and give him and update.

Here is a final point I want to make here before ending.

Our food supply is imperiled.
Not anything Washington does about that right now
is going to fix the situation.
Washington basically does not know what food is for.
They imagine it is a commodity, something intended for profit.
Food is not that....

I will write more about that in another blog soon.

Glad to be alive in this moment.

Our food supply is imperiled.
