Morning unsettled thoughts.

7:12 AM

Right ear a bit stuffed.
Ate grapes and blueberries
late. Likely too much sugar for my system.

I have been happy with improvements in my bowel,
and benefiting from Kurchi Bark.

I am in a strange place between worlds,
hardly able to negotiate the physical world now,
feeling a sense of giving birth to some
focus for the HIgh Holidays with the children
of Freedom--B;nai Horin.

Very uncomfortable energies coming at me
while I attempted to create.

I am under the influence of Mercury Retrograde,
a time when it is unwise to attempt too many things
that are new, or ask too much of human communication.

What can I do to feel better this monring?

My room is scattered with holy documents and papers
from years of writings and bits and pieces.

I had great focus yesterday morning
entering higher levels of soul connection,
but my ground here feels too unsettled
and unstable to find comfort among the many
energies.

I used Saint John's Wort from the FES Seasons of the Soul,
and some of the Flourish Grace spray.

What can i do to help myself?
What can I do to relieve the anxiety I am feeling
this morning?

Is there anything that oould give me comfort?

Maybe finding the original to the Job's Prayer
for the inside front cover of the Pacific Symposium
Handbook might help.

Very unstable this morning,
depleted in some sense,
Not fully able to speak out
about the Limbo world
but I feel in limbo
and wonder what will become of me.

Ground something, Leslie
Seek the Job's Prayer original.

JOB's PRAYER ORIIGINAL

Anything for Services?

Can I summon the energy
to go to the Whole Being Weekend?

How do I live in the witness
of a neighbor who is very critical?

God help me.
