REVIEW oF TIME SPENT WITH RKI NEWELL

Riki Newell called me today.
He is one of the greatest creator artists
I know.

What he said, basically underscores
some of the Keep The Beet Teachings
I need to put out this Fall, the beginning of
this new year.

He was talking about the Jones'
no longer attempting to keep up with the Smith's.
This is the equivalent of the queen who lost her
crown, and had to come to her senses.

being aware of their surroundings

how presenred to others--

those caught up in materialist lifestyle
improving from that life style

awarewness level rising

Those who had formerly
been in the status quo, keeping up with
the Jones', can't keep with the high maintenance of their existence--

some die hards still maintaining status quo...

last piece ALLELUYAH on TRANSLATION
CD is about giving gratitude.

give gratitude for all we are receiving...
every day that i awake--
in spite of pain
i give thanks--
as a pebble in a pond--

I was telling him about the sensitivity to sound
levels I am having now.
He described an experience I was sharing
as being
yanked right of alpha into beta--

His Counsel,
He gives thanks for his experiences---

I was telling him I live with many others.
He described arches between us that we do not see...
energetic fields

we co mingle energy fields.

i feel the energies co mingling--
co mingle with nature--

what can i do or say to that

He spoke about
incorporating the sounds without letting it be a distraction--

He was speaking about
having individuals here
Understanding of my needs....

to put out for individuals perfect
at hand--
for what i need...

profound

pebble in a pond--

Riki Newell isdrawn by energies
into joy...it is his spiritual practice.

He sees the world as a place of wonder....

His mantra is maintaining serenity amidst the storm--

it is a matter of staying in that state of serenity.

He is filled with a sense of gratitude--

people glom on to others with joyful spontaneity--

"i see myself as a glorious being put here for a reason,"
he says.

Itimportant to love oneself--
to be
all accepting and in joy about yourself--
being serene amidst the storm--

He is blessed to play music...
"i hear these symhonies from Michael's band od angels--

i wish i couldr record what Riki was saying--

There are opposites in everthing--
We can't battle the dark--

The more you battle the dark, it persists

It made me what to set up Skype.
set up sj=kype--

I was talking about my experience today
blogging about Food Isues.

Riki asks me if I saw FOOD INC.

He was saying that he realized some want
to be control of the food supply.

He asked himself,
what am I suppose to be looking at?

ye who live by the gun--

to gain full control in a day--

Then his thoughts turned to
telling me about Rome.
They build their foundation on something
Like them, we will have a setback,
and the good will rise up
as a Phoenix rises.

It is not for us to do battle.
not a battle--

Practice serenity in the storm--
focus on thoughts of joy in your being--
project joy on the world as a whole.
blanket the world in joy,

He recommended I listen to the Track
called HALLELUYAH on his CD
Translation.

I am going to do that.

I took some Yarrow Environment Solution
and then had a peaceful nap
in spite of what could have been a storm.

This was my second day
of returning from what has felt like
I have been giving all of myself to the house.

I did not have as much focus as
I would have liked on my blog today.

I was writing about
RAW MILK: THE WHOLE TRUTH
and the upcoming Food Safety Modernization Act.

My writing was humorous for a small bit,
but then, I stopped when I read about
food raids.

I would like to have some more pleasant experiences.

I like to turn my attention to myself,
and know everything is all right.

Dr. Bernard Jensen would say,
every is all right.
Every thing is all right with me.

It was comforting to hear from him.

He shared his love for me
and this was like a sweet balm.
