I just woke up in an incredible scenic dream,
an ugly scenic dream.

I was one with Chef Jem.

We may have been the same person.

We were cleaning up a toxic waste spill in water.

It was an intense cleanup.

I and he as one person were shoveling
floating yuck into Perf Go Green bags.

We were putting the toxic waste into into trash containers.

We were cleaning up the Gulf together.

We had no idea what we were cleaning up,
how deep what we were cleaning up went.

It was so deep.

Why was I having such a dream?

What did it mean?

We had no idea how toxic the mess we were cleaning up
as one person.

So that is the story.

That is likely the story for what is happening right here
at the house.

We, all 60 to 80 of us or more, who have lived here over the years,
since before 1974, have created a toxic waste dump together
right here on this land.

This land is a toxic waste dump.

That is clearly how i t feels.

There are waste products here molding.

There are human toxic substances, that some of
the sensitives here feel, that are floating in the Great Ocean of
Thought.

I am merely a storyteller.

WE ARE ALL IMPLICATED

Someone, all of us, people everywhere, need to help
clean up the mess in the Gulf. People everywhere, people
here, people who live here, people do do not live here,
need to help cleanup the mess here.

That is how I see the situation this morning.

Every step, every organic step is part of the story.

Every person living here now is part of the story.

Every poem I have ever written is part of the story.

Every emotion that is still embedded in the wood
of the floor is part of the story.

Every unfinished project I have dreamed is part of the story.

Every miscummunication is part of the story.

Every toxic substane is part of the story.


THE TREASURE BURIED IN THE RUBBLE

Have you every gone on a treasure dig?

Have you ever valued the rubble and the remains
of the past?

For years, I held a beautiful antique heavy wooden
piece of furniture that was an inheritance from Harpo,
one of my spiritual fathers.

The piece was one of the things that we pulled
out of our basement.

It sat at the edge of area C precariously.

I could hardly climb up to put a tarp over it.

I was too busy to put a tarp over it.

I never delegated anyone else to put a tarp over it
either.

The beautiful finish began to deteriorate in the sun.

Finally, it became a heavy burdy.

One day I called the people from the
Veterans who run a skill center. They came
to pick up one a bag of little stuff.
I walked one of the men into the backyard to Area B.
I showed him the piece. He said they do not take
furniture like that.

It musth ave weighed well over 100 pounds.
it was solid old wood.

When I came back into the backyard, this value
inheritance was gone. I could not believe my eyes.
The man from the Veterans could not possibly have
moved it himself. It was just too heavy, but it was gone.
Beside this, it was filled with treasures, some made of
silver and other jewels, that I could not ever reach.
I wanted to pull them out before I would give the
piece away.


EXPLORING MY OPTIONS

In some sense, I was just thinking out loud.
I was just exploring my options.

I was not really giving the man from the Veterans
the go ahead to take this antique piece. Another person
may have sold it for $400.00 or more. They do not
make solid wood pieces like that.

I called the Veterans. I t told that I had left some things
inside. I did not say to bring back the piece of furniture.

The next day, another man who worked for the veterans
arrived. There was a white bag that was heavy.

It had some of my treasures that were inside.

Weeks and months have passed.

I am very happy that I am relieved of the heavy burden
of that piece, even though I gave it away.


WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS HERE NOW?

So these are my options here now.

Living here has become a heavy burden.
Living here is notr being weighed down by a heavy
piece of antique furniture that needs to be moved out
of my life.

Undernearth the furniture is pure soil wanted
to be reclaimed.

On top of the soil, where things can grow again
is a lot of toxic ideas and communications that need to be
made.

It is all a story to be told.

It is a big story to be told.

It is a story that is bigger than just me, or you,
or Chef Jem who was seeking a miracle when we sat down
and I told him what I was facing in my head last night.


IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END
OR THE END OF THE BEGINNING?

So that is the story that wants to be told here.

I call this the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
Growing Grounds.

I am willing for the sake of your future
to slow down and tell the story of what is happening
here.

I do feel, that if that if I tell this story,
we will be cleaning up the Gulf.

The mess here caused the Gulf.
Cleaning up the mess here
is a remedy for cleaning up the Gulf.
