If I want what I want,
I have to slow down, not speed up.
That's what I learned from yesterday.

Had an unexpected visit with Sanda,
the primary co-owner of the house here.
I am a 5% owner. My name is first on the title
as the resident owner. I am on the mortgage too.

I had others things to do yesterday.
I am grateful I was able to do to of them.
They were concrete pressing issues
that pertain to my body.

I have a number--not too many remedies--
that I use. One is StayActive, for arthritis
and natural pain relief. It releases a lot of energy.
I have to say I do not know how I would have gotten
through parts of the year without it. It allowed
me to have energy when I needed it.

This is a time for new folks to discover this
wonderful product. I talked to Dan, my main
connection within the Promera. The product
is about to enter a new phase of distribution.
Online a free bottle is availalble of this product
that contains some homeopathics and ATP
accellorators that give me an alternative to advil and some of the
heavy duty arthritis drugs that many people take.
I gave up on medical drugs for arthritis in college,
more than 40 years ago. StayActiv is a special find.
I want to see this product become widely known.

The other remedy I wrote about yesterday morning
is Original Quinton Marine Plasma. That helps me keep
the beet with the ocean. It comes from a rare site
where the ocean plankton create blooms. I relate this
product to connection with the birth place of the ocean.
The balance resonates with the isotonic frequency
of ocean water. We emerged from the sea, but
we cannot our cells still resonate with pure ocean water.

At that point--yesterday--Sanda called.
She was at the San DIego airport.

At first, I thought to say the timing was off.
I let her go, but later saw this as an important
rare opportunity, in spite of my plate already being
full, to address one of the basic foundational issues
of my life. Sanda has been asking me to cooperate
in helping to refinance the house for numbers of years.

We layed out a plan. It would include her cashing out
with enough funds to build a new house. The property
would go into a trust, backed by a non-profit.

We made a few videos down at the Dome.

I am not in touch with my next step.
That scares me.

I am about to go into acupuncture.

There are many pressing issues at the house
as well as in the other parts of my life.
