I confess I took StayActiv yesterday,
the natural pain reliever and arthritis remedy

of a 16 year old teen, her friend,

SAVANNAH AT THE HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET
FOR THE FIRST TIME, AUGUST 9, 2010

Savannah was the first 16 year old in San Diego
that I hung out with at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market.

It was a totally magical number of hours.

I made video of a lot of it.

My bowel can be very problematic.
It has been that during the last few years.
I have have persistent diarrhea.
Yesterday, my bowel was totally and completely
cooperative. This is a major win.
I did not have to think of a bathroom visit once.
Thank God.

As far as energy, StayActiv again did the trick for me.

I do well when I eat meat in the morning.
Ethically I do not like to eat meat. The idea abhors me,
but meat is a medicine for my body.
I run myself ragged at times, both emotionally and physically.

Sunday morning, I ate from the crockpot.
I had a lamb heart, a horrible thought, but nutritionally
what I needed. Dr. Bernard Jensen would recommend
organ meats for those who needed them. I got this
meat from Hani of Near East Foods. They do special
rituals on the food.

Then, I took two StayActiv.
I am not sure, but I may have taken two more of them
about one hour later.

This has a profound healthful effect on the diarrhea
condition.

Advil substitute. I found a product called Amino Activ
