I need Self Therapy right now.
I mean now.

It is Monday morning,
the time when the rubber hits the road.

Five days, a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, Friday. Then, comes Saturday,
then Sunday.

I did not use my time wisely from 4 pm to late night
yesterday.

I ended up processing the sudden and unexpected
decision of a guest, and dear old friend to leave.
I anticipated her helping me with some cleanup today,
but she is in no state of health to do that.

She visited with me at the Hillcrest FM, but needed
to "tend the rear" as she said it.

I just took some Self Therapy in the form of a number
of Flower Essence Services (FES) sprays in the
Flourish Line, and other remedies

First I used Five-Flower Flower Essence.
This is the equivalent of the Bach Rescue Remedy
I believe. This is for shock.

My feeling of shock is caused by too much too do.

I spoke to Rev Martina Hill on Saturday. She was
one of the at the Modern Essene Gathering a few weeks ago.
She reminded me that I can only do one think at a time.

I am also remembering one of my favorite stories
from Dr. Bernard Jensen. He speaks about two surgeons
performing a very important operation. One turns to the other
and says, "We must take time we haven't a moment to lose."

The solution with doing too much is not to go faster,
but go slower.

I am in good shape if I can reconnect with my Soul.
That is why I am turning to the FES Flourish Remedies
during this time of Summer Shift 2010.

There is no way any of us Evolutionary Leaders on the cutting
edge can get through this time alive the way we did our world
before.

The End Times are upon us. The moment that popularly
is being called The End of History in the Mayan Calendar.
The End Times are a reference to the Christian point of view.
The End Times, The Final Days, the references to Mayan myths
about 2012 are all about what is happening now.

What is happening now?

It is the time of The Great Earth Clean Up.
We are renegotiating our relationship with the Earth.
All broken systems, as we know them,
are have broken down. We can only make it by
rediscovering the kernel, the Seed of our being called
the Soul, and connecting our Soul with our Body.

Our body, as Dr. Bernard Jensen said, rises up from
the Dust of the Earth. It rises up in a unique connected
way, organically, and by a Divine Plan.

We have lost the instruction book,
as we talked about in the opening pages
of HEALING POWER OF CHLOROPHYLL
THROUGH LIVING PLANT LIFE,
a book I wrote from the words of
Dr. Bernard Jensen.

That book talked about
the Manual that goes with a new car.
The manual teaches us the instructions.
In our case, most of us learn to correct our ways
through dying to the old.


SPINNING OUT

I am spinning out now.

I just sprayed on some Mind-full.
That FES remedy reconnects the Soul
with the body in a way that gives clarity of Focus.

Wow!!! me again.
It would be natural to have some down time today.

Sunday, yesterday was a day and a half,
but can I take the time?

I have plants to water.
Many are in buckets.
They are dry.

WHAT iS WITH THE MORENGA TREE
I GOT AT THE LIVE H20 last YEAR?

It grew about eight feet high in
a yellow bucket. I was so happy about that.
Then the leaves feel off with the change of season.
No new leaves came back. The long stock is
still alive in a yellow bucket.

What is wrong here?

Maybe it is root bound.
It must be in some kind of shock like me.

To many roots in one container.

Oh, I see. I have too many roots attempting
to live in one small container. I am chocking
in this little bucket, attempting to send down
roots from multiple seeds.

How to I get that Morenga to survive?
That feels important. I would learn something
very important if I could get that plant growing out again.

Why knows how to do that.

MY HEAD IS VERY TIRED

I am tired. I am very tired in my head.
My mind has been spinning four hours in light sleep,
processing and listening to so many solutions
to so very many issues and problems.

There must be 25 blogs in there.

All the little tendrels are coming down to earth.

What does my body need?

I used StayActiv yesterday.

Boy do I stay active when I use StayActiv.

I better call Dan. I do not want to run out of the
product that he sent me.

I have to confess, that StayActiv on many days during
the winter kept me going. It is an ATP Accellerator.
How do you spell that word?

One thing at a time.

I also would like some more Original Quinton Marine Plasma.
I am running low on that. I better call Robert Slovak.
We have not talked in months since he was excited about
a new product that interested me very much.

This does not seem a good morning to take more StayActiv.
I really deserve some down time.
