Had wonderful visions and night work.
Got up and wrote.

Took a shower.

Contemplating putting into action
some of the things
I wrote about an hour ago.

I am feeling deep shock
in my nervious system.

One of the closest allies here is
moving out. There were many dreams
planned between us. She is called to
do some new experiences. I promised
confidentially about why this sudden move.

There is a process that needs to happen
of tending to these feelings this is going to
take time.

I am concerned about heaping on too many other
experiences on top of what has not been processed
or integrated.

What FES Flower Essence Remedies do I have here
to take.

PURSUING GROUNDED RECORD KEEPING

I want to do more on the Cox bill
for 2010.

Maybe that will help,
or maybe be a distraction.
