brok fast :(

I feel terrible I broke the fast today. But I did lose some weight and did some cleansing. I am going to start another fast again tomorrow. I think this time I am just going to stick with water fasting only. I am not going to give up I know I can do this. I will start from day one tomorrow. If anyone want to join me that would be great. I know God will help me reach my goals.
