This event feels very sweet.
How refreshing to find a group openly
expressing God in a way
that feels welcoming to me.


In the 80's I helped create a Children's Garden
at the Christ Church Unity in San Diego.
The minister and his wife were friends.
My friend Linda Hill headed the Children's program
for a while. They were practicing the
Robert Mueller cirriculum. I was given a U.N.
Peace Medal by Robert Mueller in 1984 at
the Town and Country Convention Center, where
this event is being held.

I have many wonderful memories of the
Town & Country Convention Center.
It was here I first co-created an
Enchanted Garden Installation,
a room filled with live fresh herbs,
a water element, and parrot.
Robert Mueller arrived very tired
from New York. He came to present
a U.N. Peace Medal. He was exhausted.
He feel asleep in the Enchanted Garden
to the sound of Linda Hill's harp music.
He was inhaling fresh herbs that I
held close to him.

When he awoke, he was in another world.
He said, "Where am I?"

I said, "You are in the Enchanted Garden."

I was drawn to hear Barbara Marx Hubbard.
She was very inspiring. At the end of her talk,
I planted a beet root with her in the pot of
the beet plant I brought that symbolizes
the Beet Keepers, Return! Enchanted Garden project,
a move toward re- inspiring a nation of gardeners.
Barbara spoke of many things coming together.
I made some video I will upload.

I started to write about that experience here.

I Bless the Unity Ministers
and Barbara that they soon experience
that Nature's Original Technology asks to
be reawakened in all of us.

This would be a Christ-like gesture
of Divine Love for our dear Mother Earth.

The Chain of Being has now been broken
on Land and Sea.

The Unity ministers can be at the forefront
of renewal of their very own ministries
as they align with the Earth,

It is time down to Root our intentions
and regain the beat of nature.


The names of the Unity Ministers, a man and wife team
who were my friends in San Diego, the ministers on Front
Street, alludes me. I believe his name was Jack and did radio work.
I believe Kathy Hearn would know their names.

I once read a poem on Christmas Eve at Midnight
at the Christ Church Unity. I liked the former minister
and his wife, before Blair Tabor.

There is a statute of the Christ at the Christ Church Unity
on Altadena that I like very much.

Upon arrival the other night at the Town and Country,
there was a woman who remembered me from 30 years ago.
She gave me a report that the hands of that beautiful
Christ statute have been broken off.

I went up there to visit
and take photos. I have been taking to the Spirit behind
that statue all day.

At the close of the event with Barbara Marx Hubbard,
they passed a hat.

It would be an honorable gesture as a gift from
Circles of Divine Love 2010 People's Convention
to contribute toward the repair of that statue.

Dr. Rickie Byars‑Beckwith, a prolific composer, singer, performer and music director is an intuitive channel of healing music whose compositions give rise to a profound experience that opens the heart, touches the soul and lifts the spirit.
Dr. Byars-Beckwith's unique talents have brought her acclaim as a pioneer in alternative spiritual music, and in 2001, an honorary Doctorate Degree in Music from the United Church of Religious Science.

Rickie's sound crosses all musical boundaries, an evolution of her rich beginnings in gospel, rhythm and blues, and later influenced by jazz and world beat. Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was early on identified as a unique, multi‑faceted musical talent. She received schooling from choir directors in the segregated school systems of the South, which became the foundation of her own universal kaleidoscope of music. musical style.

Together, Dr. Michael Beckwith and Dr. Rickie Byars‑Beckwith have written lyrics and music performed by the Agape International Choir in concert venues worldwide. Wherever they appear, their performances richly contribute peace and goodwill to the global community in the universal language of music. Their collaboration has become identifiable the world over as "The Sound of Agape," to which healings of body, mind and heart have been attributed.

"What I Have Learned So Far"
After 16 years of ministry, Karen Tudor shares the journey she has traveled as a woman, a mother and a minister - and how all these roles have impacted her life and taught her skills that work in ministry. "I know that I have always been a minister - even on the playground in grade school! I haven't always acted in ways I am proud of, but I have learned that it is my humanity, not my wisdom or education, that reaches people and opens their hearts to me." Karen will share what she has learned in raising two daughters and being involved as they raise their own daughters; what her career in healthcare taught her and how her ministry draws on all of her life experience in ways that she believes changes lives. Undoubtedly you will hear your own story in listening to hers!

BIO - Karen Tudor, ordained as a Unity minister in 1994, has been the Senior Minister of Unity Church of Practical Christianity in New Braunfels, Texas since 2004. Karen has a 20 year background in healthcare and served as an associate minister with Unity Church of Christianity, Houston, Texas for 7 years. Prior to joining the Unity Church in New Braunfels, Karen served as a hospice chaplain and guest speaker and workshop leader throughout the state of Texas and beyond.
She is active in the Association of Unity Churches, International, serving on ministry teams at the national level and on the regional board.

Karen is the co-host of the internet radio show "Biblical Power For Your Life" with Rev. Jim Gaither that airs on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. CST on http://www.unity.fm
