A peek at "Nutrition" in The Matrix

I watched The Matrix once again a few nights ago. (Maybe if I keep watching enough I'll eventually have a lot more of the lines memorized!) I was inspired (soon after my latest viewing) to look at the scriipt (above). I find it very interesting that there is no sign/s or mention of any fats in their nutrition! (That is just the first of a number of interesting observations.)

Based on what the scriipt tells us - I suspect that there is an absence of fats in their diet. Could this virtually no-fat diet be considered as a contributory factor to Cypher's homicidal insanity? Contrast the "disgusting looking goop" with the steak that Cypher is enjoying in his meeting with Agent Smith just prior to the breakfast scene.

Then consider that the source of their food is "the machines". No more "down on the farm"! No wonder Cypher reached his breaking point!

Also of interest -
Remember the scenes with Neo (and others) revealing the portals in the back of the head? The following on "the silver cord" may be an ancient source of knowledge tapped into when the matrix was written:

This, we are told, is a silvery-looking thin wire or cord that can be seen by some people. It extends upward from the base of the skull in the back of the head, directly upwards in most cases.
