The premise of the Enchanted Garden campaign
is that we can return the world to sanity through
regaining our beat with nature. I am calling
for an open dialogue between Science, Ethics, and Food.
I am asking every voice within the broad spectrum
of agriculture from GMO lover to Organic Lover,
to everyone in between to give us each your best shot.
We will listen to each other. We, the People,
10 Million of us will consciously decide what we
want the Future of our Food to be. All people
deserve Good Food. How will we achieve this
globally and locally? What disciples is
Mother Earth asking us to practice now to not
only survive this day, but return an Enchanted Garden
to earth? Let us begin to talk.

This time of year, I take annual "Journey of Awakening"
using the meditations of 49 days in this book by
Rabbi Ted Falcon.


Day 31 of the Omer Journey.
Day 31 began last night on
Thursday April 29 and runs through
sunset April 30.

Today, we bring the energy of Tiferet,
Beauty and Compassion into the Space
of Physical Sensation.

We envision our physical being responding to the rhythm
of the Universe with renewed health and vitality.
the rhythm of the universe: This is the beat.
This is the message of Keep The Beet.
Through growing a beet in a pot, we can regain
our beat with nature.

This then shall be the day to create
the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Website
on Facebook. I simple need this focus now on Facebook
where I can make simple shifts. It is too difficult to make
these changes on the Old Website. Start the new.
Then take the new into a more stable Website.

The members of the Enchanted Garden club will
support this site. These are the Beet Keepers.
This is the moment. Beet Keepers, Return!

On this day of beauty, also begin to invite energy
again into the Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Beauty.

Tim and Kirk and David came over on
April 27th and made the repairs.
This was a profound healing moment
in the life of the house.






This photo reminds me of my poem
"Song for the Homeless."

I see pan and despair in these eyes
of this beautiful man helping me.
The work they are doing has elements
of tragedy. They are the workers who
are called in to repair and remodel
the homes of the dispossessed who
who have been victimized by foreclosures.

where there is so much confusion and doubt,
despair and pain, we can still choose to
acknowledge the vision of wholeness.

Tomorrow is day 32.
Day 32 It begins at sunset Friday, April 30, 2010
and runs through May 1.

Tonight and tomorrow is a day to restore the Seed
to its full glory.

Seed Wisdom has been Lost.

During the day of tomorrow,
I will be with hundreds
of students at the UCSD for the
California Student Sustainability Coalition.
They are the new seed.

Let us regain our Faith in the Seed today.
Plant a Seed. Grow a Whole New World.
