Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake. - Victor Hugo

Down 0.8 lb since yesterday. Not bad, not bad at all!
Did my 1.5hrs hot yoga yesterday (as i will again later today), eat only a little peice of raw goat's cheese, and did a liver flush last night. Also coffee enemas. So i'm cleansing with many approaches!
Felt superb this morning. When i woke up, i felt like just ten seconds had passed since falling asleep last night. I slept really, really deeply. Feels absolutely wonderful!
And get this: tuesday i eat a tiny bit of cheese and piece of salmon, wednesday i eat a small piece of cheese, and i haven't yet eaten today...PLUS 1.5hrs strenuous hot, hatha (bikram) yoga each day... And i'm not so hungry at all! And be fully assured: this comes from a girl with a normally much-higher-than-average appetite. As in, i LOVE my food.
That's the magic of ketosis for you, i guess. Am just showing traces of ketones in my pee now.
Man, do i recommend this diet. Every day on it, the scales have dropped. All it is is maintaining it, which i definitely feel strong enough to do. And my skin - all over my body - is almost as soft as i imagine it could be!
So.. yoga later, drinking water now, either a piece of fish or an omelette after yoga this evening, probably.
I wish for you, all the changes that are happening to me, if you too desire them.
Blessings and Love.
You cannot be truthful if you are not courageous.
You cannot be loving if you are not courageous.
You cannot be trusting if you are not courageous.
You cannot enter into reality if you are not courageous.
Hence courage comes first...
and everything else follows.”
