Another day, another pound gone. Thank God. Just exactly a pound. From 141 to 140.

Did a liver cleanse last night, but was practically gagging on the oil/citrus mix, and was on my own in my house last night, so i only managed to drink half of it. I was frightened i'd wake to nausea in the night, and vomit on my own, which i find very distressing!!!! : ) So i drank about 50mls oil only.

The next liver cleanse i do will be either saturday or sunday, and i'm gonna try and make it a bigger one.

Anyway, all going to plan (my plan being outlined in my first blog)!

For me, it really is just sticking with it that i must concentrate on. Read yesterday that REALISATION = APPLICATION OVER TIME. And that rang true to me; realisation being the realisation of who i really am!

This blog really is a good help.
