Got up to the Hidden Valley Spa and Retreat
just about 30 minutes before Sunset
on the first night of Passover.

Had to count on some tiny miracles to
get out of Eqypt. My ear was totally plugged
up from a candida response. Stopped at
O.B. People's Food and got some ear candles.
Cuchama, an old ally was going to help me.
Kale Walker, who was gardening all day, set that up.

I found an old ear syringe in the bottom drawer
of the bathroom, filled it up with warm water,
and was able to clear the narrow space of my left ear.

Last time I had to do this, I went to Dan Bressler.
It cost around $150.00 for the same procedure. I
get Medicare. It was great to save the President
a little money.

Being at Dr. Bernard Jensen's
old Hidden Valley Health Ranch
brings up many feelings.

In its heyday the things that Dr. Bernard Jensen
taught up here, and they people did for their health
could have saved the nation trillons.

Kudus to Fiona and Stephen Markowitz, the new owners
and my dearest of friends, for a marvelous job in
preparing the land for a new generation of health seekers.

The accomodations are lovely, clean, and well tended.
Fiona has an eye for design and simple beauty.

It has taken the first five years here just to get
a hang of what to do with this amazing land. Dr. Jensen
had some very dedicated helpers who would move huge
boulders. I am going to walk around the land more
this morning.

I have memories here that go all the way back to
1972. This is powerful healing land for me. There
are many places here and growing plants that have
deep memories. Dr. Bernard Jensen was here for
more than 40 years. The current Hidden Valley Spa
and Retreat was his personal home and grounds after
he sold more than 100 acres of land down below that
is now owned by the Self Realization Fellowship.

We had a lovely sedar. Stephen has a voice
that could be a radio announcer. The seder was very
creative with songs to familar tunes of the 60's.
The food was fabulous, an assortment of healthy food
that Dr. Jensen would have enjoyed, as well as fun
foods for this special time of year that celebrates
leaving Egypt--the narrow place, and slavery.

There is a place in the second half of the seder
where we welcome in Elijah, a precourser to the Messiah.
At this point, I had Keep the Beet Media Star
the World's First Talking Beet Plant
channel Dr. Bernard Jensen, "an old friend"
of Elijah.

I brought up a number of the books I helped write
for the doctor. The first piece I ever wrote was
called "Health Secrets," a little brochure. I shared
the brochure with the group. Each person read one
of the paragraphs. In between the various health
secrets, we had a refrain that said, "Hip, Hip, Hooray!
Out of Egypt!" Stephen kicked up on the refrain
and we would say this after each persons read.

Lots more deep feelings coming up and this land
that is the one of the most powerful healing places
for me.

1. Grass walking or walking in wet
