no nausea tonight, please : )!

Well, here we go.. liver flush no.2.. took the salts earlier, now time to make the yummy oily drink... : / !

but the benefits outweigh the momentary displeasure. And holding my nose as i drink the stuff really helps. my doc says a cup of warm, strong black coffee helps the drink to pass into the intestines comfortably - a few sips before and after the oil mix. if i'm on my own doing my liver flush, i go with that!

hope weight has dropped tomorrow! and i hope to God that i don't wake in the night with waves of nausea! if i do, perhaps i'll log on here! : )
