I'm floating, I'm floating

Euphoria is fun and I find it comforting that I still feel gleeful post-cleanse. So, what did I gain from the experience? Oh, so much, really. I've quit coffee, I sleep better, I've reset my relationship with food (a minor tweaking), my attitude is laid back but focused and so-called problems really don't phase me like before.
Ate pretty much what I ate yesterday. Egg yolks with banana and avocado for breakfast, snacks throughout the day of banana, apple, raisin and brazil nuts alternated with cukes, tomatoes, avocados, scallions, olive oil, lemon juice and jalapenos, then a scrumptious dinner of yellowtail with the same salad. I made ceviche tonight which will be dinner for the next two evenings.
Am not going to be too rigid about raw vs not-raw. In fact, J and I may go to a local seafood place this weekend that buys the freshest of fresh fish and grills it in sort of an Asian/California fusion sort of way. Wakame, and salad and yum oh-yum. After the hike. We'll see. Unless I can talk him into sushi. He can eat his beloved panko shrimp and I can have yellowtail belly. Ahhhhhh.
Life is pretty amazing. I just feel so great and am looking forward to whatever fun things tomorrow will bring.
