first day of my water fast

Well this is just a quick updating of how my first day of my water fast is going. Well i have not had anything to eat since 10 o'clock last night and now its 6;29pm and i am feeling pretty good. I started cooking dinner for my kids about a hour and a half ago and the smell of the food is killing me ....... l.o.l

I just want to eat but i won't i will stick this out. I think im going to sleep early tonight to a void think about eating. Well everyone wish me luck and i will post how much i weigh tomorrow, bye!!!
