For Dental and Jaw issues as well as Gums the first to treat are Trench Fever and Babesia. Both are dependent on high blood lead content so it is also possible that bleeding gums are simple an issue of Scurvy due to lead displacing Vit-C, best is to chelate out the Lead and increase Vit-C to multiple +3 gram doses of Ascorbic Acid.
Another one that gets lost in Gums is D.Immitis, especially the Microfilariae in conjuction with Mycobacterium phlei, as well as Bartonella Henslae can occasionally cause dental disease.

Peridontitis due to Fusobacterium may also be an issue and so is Foot and Mouth disease from Coxsackie.

Streptococcus mutans is a factor in dental caries or tooth decay.
For those that had low immunity due to Lyme or whatever:Streptococcus gordonii and sanguinis in Heart_valve+branch_blockage

Keep Plastic Dental fillings hardened by treating every 3 weeks.

Another possiblity is Trench Fever and Folliculare cyst this is where B.quintana is hit and reveals a Folliculare cyst (tiny cancer) in the jaw.
