He has a new book out now
called FOOD RULES.

The CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION,
the international body that makes
many of the FOOD RULES that dicate
how we eat today.

I find it interesting that Pollan uses
the same words, FOOD RULES
for the title of his new book
that sets the record straight.

Lots of great truths in this down to earth
interview.

The interview touches on a lot of basic truths.

"We once had 40% of the country involved in
producing our food."

It is now 1% involved in producing our food,
thanks to fossil fuels.

He mentions the laws on the books
that can arrest you if you immune a food
and hurt its trade. Interesting discussion
about this.

The relationship between
Global Warming and meat eating.

A couple of his talks on college campuses
have been cancelled.
