USDA EQIP Organic Initiative Deadline is March 12, 2010

$50 Million Available for Organic and Transitioning Producers
Producers interested in applying for the USDA Environmental Quality Incentives Program, including the Organic Initiative, should visit their local NRCS office now. This program provides financial and technical assistance to agriculture producers to implement on-farm conservation practices. The Organic Initaitive is open exclusively for certified organic growers and those transitioning to organic production. For more info, visit our EQIP Resource Page.
