Listening to the football game overtime.
Hacking caugh.
Tearing old pages out of notebooks.

Got through one box of VCR tapes I can rid.

Found a great chart from
DR. BERNARD JENSEN.

Lot of priorities now,
but grateful to be having enough energy to
do something.

How is the PCOM appointment in the morning.
