For most students the phrases "Hostel" and "healthy eating" never go hand in hand. What usually happens is that hostellers, due to the time crunch and lack of home cooked food, eat a lot of junk food from the street vendors or local café which not only spoils their complexion but also gives rise to acidity, gas, constipation and hair fall.

So how do You stay healthy on a hostel campus? The trick is to incorporate small, healthful habits into your campus life. By doing so, you'll feel better both physically and emotionally and will be better able to navigate the stressful college experience.
