Just read on one of my lists that shipping "trucks were said to reach 180* during the summer months"

This can be an issue when you want an all raw food product that hasn't been heated like honey. "It may have been processed and packed raw ... but if you don't take into
account how it is shipped you may not be getting what you really want."
