ANGEL'S DAY ON EARTH

RIKI NEWELL IN MY THOUGHTS

I have not checked in with my soul brother, Riki Newell, for most of 2012. He an inspired musician and I highly recommend his CD's. "Translation" features some of my all time favorite tracks that I use to entrain my mind when I about Shifting gears.

I play the track "Soul Traveler" when I am moving through dimensions in my personal reality.

The CD Notes say: Allow your spirit to soar through the mystical places of your own imagination as the music guides you gently in and out of time and space.


I play "The Cleansing" often. The CD Notes say; Take a Journey with the Angelic Riders of the storm as they sweep the native lands, bringing refreshment to "Mother Earth" and all her inhabitants.


"Angel's Day on Earth" is featured in the video Youtube I will release November 29, 2012 to capture the essence of this Enchanted Garden Intentional Community moment when I am reaching out to the Soul (s) who will be drawn to live here.

There are some very special callings now between Winter 2012 and Spring 2013 for this land located within walking distance of San Diego State University, and about 30 minutes total including a walk to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Campus in Mission Valley.

HE HAD A FALL

Riki had a fall. The fall effected him--
post concussion syndrome-- thought process effected--
speech, motor-- he had no idea that he fell
vertical...to horizontal...5-10 feet.
hurt his chin & hip...He broke jaw--tip off tongue--
He was performing at the Tubac music festival.

About Riki Newell

Riki Newell is a multi-talented musician and artist. He utilizes a full spectrum of musical acumen as a composer/performer, recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, sound designer, recording engineer, producer and sound healer. He taught himself to play the piano at age five, and as a young adult he learned to play the Spanish classical guitar through heart felt inspirations of the legendary, Andres Segovia. Riki has developed his own style, composing music that blends a sonic palette, including Spanish classical guitar, electric guitar, Native American flutes, piano, keyboard synthesizer, djembe drums, and crystal bowls. His inspirational sound paintings are an eclectic fusion of new age music, world beat, a touch of blues and smooth jazz; a music genre he has trademarked, "New World Jazz. He has released four CDs to date, which are internationally distributed, with two new CDs on the way. Riki is an International Award Winner, receiving 1st Runner-up for Best World Album of the Year, presented at the International New Age Trade Show (INATS West) in Denver, June 26, 2004.

Riki has developed his own unique style, composing music that blends a sonic palette of Spanish classical guitar, electric blues guitar, Native American flutes, piano, keyboard synthesizer and djembe drums. His sound paintings are an eclectic fusion of new age, world beat, smooth jazz and a touch of blues - a music genre he calls New World Jazz Blues.

Mr. Newell has a mission statement. His intention is to help others feel good about where they've been, what they've received, and about themselves through music. One of his passions is to utilize his musical talents to create an extraordinary ambiance for fine establishments and special events.

His music appeals to audiences of all ages and musical tastes. He performs live on several instruments through the use of modern technology, layering his compositions to create the illusion that one is listening to multiple players. He enjoys playing improvisationally and has been known to spontaneously compose during his performances, making each engagement unique and special.
