Mimi, the co-founder came out
between patients to say hello and affirmed her excitement about what we would do togther. This was walking through a dream. This was walking through a dream.

She was the keynote speaker at the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM a few weeks
ago. I felt so moved by what she said, so grateful to be living in the same city as this pioneer in integrative medicine. Then, we spent time at the
ENCHANTED GARDEN INSTALLATION She joined the Enchanted Garden
Club Beet Keepers. I sent her home with a bagful of various foods
from my local organic Farmers' market friends. I gave her a copy
of THE ULTIMATE GARDENER. She was warm and welcoming and came
out betwen patients with words of cheerleading and saying happy
birthday to me.

Then Andy, an assistant showed me around.

All the staff was filled with healing energy.

There are acupuncturists from PCOM, the Paciific College
working here. They even have yoga classes, a cooking school,
a lap pool, a gym, a labyrinth, a walking track from the recoviering
cardio patients....and now, they will have a healing garden.
This was just the first exploratory visit. I wanted to do it
on my birthday!!!!

Steven has traveled around the world collective rare fruit trees.

We then came home here and he helped bring the plants out of the EG
MOBILE. I am charging him $150.00 an hour for services and we will trade for his services here and for plants.

I will launch the campaign to help the Nursery get in the black.

It is similar to the work I did in the 80's when I would bring trays
and trays of baby herbs to the closing ceremonies at the Whole Life
Expo. Now, we will bring out the trees. There are thousands and thousands of rare fruit trees that I want to see as food on lawns--food not lawns.
No more cut Cristmas trees, YES.

We had one more outing downtown, but the timing was off.
Then we came home. We wrote about the trees I have now.

We are both so tired. I invited Steven to sleep in the living room.
He is like the tree people in LORD OF THE RINGS, a very unusual
sort. In the morning I will take him to BILL TALL' s CITY FARMERS
NURSERY to get an order. We need to sell $2600.00 by December 1.

PRICES ARE FOR SMALL SPECIMENS

Carpatihan Walnut--native of the Pinenese and the Urals, Eastern Block,
English type walnut. Large version of English walnut. Ahny type of soil.
50 feet tall. Needs deep rich soil. $20.00 5 gallon.

Fragrant Clerodendrom--called a Kahrmir Bouquet, from Northern India,
clusters of small double gardenia blossoms. 5 gallon $25.00. Grows in sun or shade.

Tulsa Holy Basil--$10.00. Small evergreen shrub, produces cluster stems
with little leaflets.

Pecan--elongated, big, fast growing, tall, decidous, drops leaves in winter,
produces pecans, from a gve gallon four or five more years. $15.00 a small one.

Bamboo--drarft variegated, nana bamboo. 5 gallons. $15.00 to $25.00

Bromeliad--yellow flowers. $ 10.00

Mango--

Sapote--white...chestnut. $20.00
