He has made an agreement with the owner of the three acres, Paul Pancritius.

Just off the phone with Steven Spankler. We do not have to go to court November 19.

He has to come up with $2600 in tree sales for rent by December 1, and $2600.00

for each month for eight months. He has eight months to pay back past due amount of $150,000

or come up with purchase price for three acres

of land that is potential in jeopardy. I will confirm the purchase price soon.

No need to go to court November 19

There is going to be an exciting campaign to

buy and plant exotic rare fruit trees rather than buy cut pine trees.

The campaign with be detailed very soon.

I will spend tomorrow with Steven Spangle,

both at the nursery, and at The Center for Integrative Medicine

where I am going for the first time tomorrow to look at the site

where I have been invited to help create a healing garden.

In the afternoon, we will be here at the Enchatned Garden Intentional Community

to scope out our improved Food Not Lawns front yard that will soon

have another tree from Exotic Rare Fruit Nursery.

I will point you in the direction of where you can see the price sheets for trees

asap. Please begin thinking about the campaign and where you can have trees

or who you can give trees to for holiday gifts.

We are looking at a formula for commissions for sales.

Bill Tall of City Farmers Nursery will buy some trees.

I met today the student advisor for the Green Love at SDSU.

As a student there 35 years ago, he and fellow students

protested building a parking lot in the center of campus.

A lovely park is there today. I took pictures of that park

and with a Sapote Tree from the Exotic Rare Fruit Nursery.

Guess where the student advisor lives??????

A few blocks from the Exotica Rare Fruti Nursery in vista!!!!

PLEASE JOIN THE FRIENDS OF EXOTICA RARE FRUIT NURSERY.

I am going to invite Stephen up to the JR ORGANIC FOODSTOCK Kickoff

on Saturday. I will have some of his trees with me for purchase.
