I needed a Miracle around 6:30 PM and a got one.

I had a headache most of the night
and took one Bayer Aspirin twice
plus my AMINO ACTIV pain reliever.

The headache persisted at a dull level all day.
The glands on each side of my throat are
processing overtime, and the flu symptoms
I picked up Saturday morning from MATT
worsened toward the afternoon
bringing up the question of how I was going
to pull off the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM set up
tomorrow.

I spent the morning hours inspired to refine
the FARM POSTER, adding a photo of AMY
from SAGE MOUNTAIN FARM and DENNIS STOWELL.
Dennis one of the finest farmers we have in San Diego County.
He once said, "I am more concerned with nutrition per acre
than profit per Acre." That quote would send shudders
through the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS bunch who I hear
are meeting in Europe some time this November.

The leader of Codex expresses that there is no connection
between health and nutrition, and it is that kind of thinking
that permeates a lot of our popular imagination. The Codex
solution is Big Pharma to mitigate disease. They were rather
flush all the nature wisdom of the past 8000 years down the
toilet.

My energy began to sink as the day progressed.
I turned from the excitement of followup and details
and photo organization, to summoning organization
for the event. MATT SABLOVE kept me on purpose with
a few phone calls.

The afternoon I turned my attention to getting a complete
or at least a good place i can stop on the promised
CITY FARMER NURSERY VIDEO. I have a draft I can leave
with. One more tweeking will help before I upload it to
YOUTUBE.

I will still have to transfer that material to the G4 I am willing
to take with me to the PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM.

Around 2:00 PM I got a vital call from NUVA YEETAH,
my Ayurvedic healer with direct perception. He called
from Sedona where you can schedule a phone consultation.

He recommended PEPPERMINT PLUS
from the ENZYMATIC company. He told me to squeeze
some in water and also take a number of them.
This remedy helped the fluish feelings, but alas
I was fighting low energy as the afternoon worn on.

I skipped the ROOT meeting at 4 PM at OB PEOPLE's FOOD Store
and was in a quandry about missing my connection
with ALICIA FINLEY, who promised to come over to help.

Around 6:30 PM, I took some laundry to the dry cleaners
to keep on target for things that needed to be done today.
When I came home, Alicia was here waiting.
I felt instantly better. I am grieving the feeling of a lack
of help right now.

One of my housemates whose energy is very helping
feels missing in action, but gratefully ANNA said she will
freshen up the Sarongs that I use to sanctify the healing area
and wrap around buckets.

Alicia helped me cut and pack some of the beet seeds in
plastic envelopes with the old WORLD PEACE TICKETS.
She also helped me cut up the paperwork for the Altar
that I will need. I could well run out of both during the conference,
but I have a foot in the door.

I will adapt.

She also helped me set up the main basket where the BEET PLANTERS
will bless the dreams of those before them.

I need to set up a model of the little pots as well before I go to bed,
so I can dream on the signage I will need and do this in the morning.

I have one Sacred Cloth I want to handwash myself that will be in the
basket, and having the main Altar things in place helps.

Oh, I need to basket where I receive funds,
and also the container that I use for collection contributions.

I was able to laminate while Alicia was here.
That had to be one tonight.

I am weary in my body.

There is a load of laundry in the washer.
That was a healing opportunity missed.
I would have liked someone to help me with that,
but I am grateful Anna consented to do the sarongs.

I better go now.
I am wilting.

I watered two wilting plants I have left indoors on the Altar
and put them outside.
