Day 1

22hrs. since last meal.. As expected some headache, very very hungry, it was funny how the body starts to get into survival mode, almost like an instinct-animal state, because my smell perception is very sensitive now, why? food!, even with my car windows closed, I could smell the pizza place while driving in a mall area, boy that was hard!. So well, this first day there is not too much thing to report, but just that I am hungry, also I am trying to keep me busy by capturing in video my fast.. Here is the link to the first day..
