This is my life.
This is my water fast.
This is the beginning of my fast,
I want more from myself,
I want peace of mind.
I am 29 years old,
5'9", 140 pounds..
I am fasting for psychological reason..
I am a student, the work load is heavy & I am
fully feeling overwhelmed..
I need to reclaim my mind,
I need to feel fully alive so that my creativity
is at it's full potential.
My creativity is my life line right now,
and it is clogged at the moment..
I won't make it through this intense year
if I don't put my health first.
I am a vegan for 20 years, but I stopped eating raw foods
about 1 year ago after eating solely raw for 3 years.
When I ate raw food, I performed a million times better & had an awesome energy flow..
I need it back.
I will get IT back!
This is Step 1.
I started fasting after dinner last night,
