My version of a WHOLE BEING SHABAT CELEBRATION
does not necessary include me doing the
traditional Friday night Prayers.

It always concerns me that when
I do this experience, some will come
and be disappointment.

One way or another someone says the prayers.

I am more into an interfaith experience,
and declarating a separation from
the City. Shed the City. Shake it off.

Immediately after washing hands and before eating, the head of the household should remove the cover from the two challah loaves, lifting them while reciting the following blessing.
