Day 2...so far so good by mybodyistired .....

Day two... nothing impressive to report

Last night i ended up eating shrimp with steamed veggies from the chinese take out (sprinkled it with fresh cilantro and passed on rice. though i had a fortune cookie - just one - as a dessert, and a peach.)
No exercise (lazy, lazy).

Today was better. Woke up refreshed, walked to the office (21 blocks, or 21 minutes).
For breakfast: 1 peach and mint tea
For lunch: salad with shrimp and avocado, olive oil and lemon for dressing. No cheese, but i was weak and asked for croutons.
Plan for tonight: walk back home, do Pilates exercise and some weights. Eat salad. SMALL salad.
Let's see if this happens..
