Bowel movements!! whoa!!

Whoa..from 6.45am to 8.24am... I went to the toilet 13 times!!

I thought it would be just the once.. DUH.. of course not!! wow!!.. I've read on the internet that some people do salt water flushes EVERYDAY!??! wow!! I wont be doing another one for a little while..

I went out a few hours after.. but I was feeling quite dehydrated.. and was a bit achy... I decided to get some water (more than I was carrying with me) and I went to a local park, sat down and rested on a bench and drank til I felt better.. I was fine.

I just got back home and I'm feeling great..

I think I wrote this before.. (not sure) but my breath is fine now... the taste in my mouth is fine.. like I have eaten something!

I'm really enjoying this fast!

..On to Day 6!! :-)
