A complete raw milkshake and has some nice twist using coconut milk.

Natural Minty thick shake
1/2 English cucumber
Juice 1/2 lemon or 1 lime
1 avocado
1 cup raw baby spinach
1/2 can coconut cream (I use Ayam 270ml brand as it is 100%
Coconut without thickeners)
2-4 sprigs for fresh mint leaves
1-2 scoops of core greens or pHruits & pHoliage (a good substitute here would be ground olive leaf) http://www.smarterhealth.com.au/shopexd.asp?id=150
14 ice cubes (optional)
After blending you can also add 1 tbl spoon each of ground flax seeds,sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and 1 tbls of psyllium husks can be added to thicken up the shake.
Combine all ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Variation: Leave out the ice cubes, and freeze malt into pops.
