So if natural gas is $2.00 per therm 10 years from now (very realistic!!), your costs just to heat water for your house will be $130 a month and $1560 a year, bringing the payback date of this solar investment much closer - then our system would then be saving you $1250 a year....

Also by saving $720 a year in utility bills you will raise the value of your home by about $14,000, increasing your equity immediately by more than what the system costs without raising your property tax assessment due to an exclusion for using solar...

Just got a call from
MATT TRAFICONTE.
I met Matt a few months ago
at a SOLAR LIVING CONFERENCe
at San Diego State University.

We talked about him coming over
to look at our water heating here
at the ENCHANTED GARDEN INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY.

We definitely have some problems,
including running out of hot water of late.

Matt is coming over tomorrow at
2 PM to start looking at our system,
and then again on Thursday.

I want him to come over tomorrow a bit
so I can get my energy thinking about this
for the class Wednesday night that will be on the
theme of water.
