11th day fasting

I'm so sorry for not posting yesterday but I wasn't feeling well. Not been able to drink as much water has me with horrible nausea.

At least today I feel a little better thank goodness.

Well here is the info..Yesterday day 10 I was on 299 big stepping stone for me. Today day 11 I'm on 296 and it's fantastic!

As soon as I feel better I'll start going on my walks again.
