Had a small bit of improvement
in my ongoing diarrhea condition.
It has been with me this round since before
the beginning of Fall.

I received Ayurvedic herbs this week
from NUVA YEETAH. He has moved to
Sedona. He is reachable over the phone
on Sunday and Monday, but will pick up
at other times.

He told me to increase my dosage of
PERMA GUARD DIATOMACEOUS EARTH.
That seems to be working.

The herbs he gave me also are working.
They are bitter in taste.
My body obviously wants this flavor,
rather than sweet.

The most noticeable improvement has to do with
stopping the eating of fruit.
I was eating a lot of cherries, apricots (some upripe),
and strawberries. Fruit does not seem to go well
now.

Kaishore Guggul-- Joint Health Support
Sudarshan Ghan--cooling formula
Livtone-- Liver Health Support
Aampachak--Supports Elimination of Toxins
Suyog-- Digestive Support
S.S.--not sure what that is good for.
