Day 38 of water fast.

Hard for me to believe it is day 38. When I started this fast I thought it would last 20 days at most, guess I was way off. Seems my body was more toxic than I thought, which might explain the multiple scerlosis.

Current weight is 104 lbs. That is a total weight loss of 41 lbs, of what I know was diseased cells and fatty tissue. I was eating 3 large meals a day, yet couldn't gain weight on my 6 foot frame. My current energy level is dropping and I hope this is a sign "true hunger" is around the corner. Urine is getting very light. Tounge tip is pink, sides of tounge and middle are white but lightly coated.

I don't feel hunger but get cravings couple times a day. Also my sleeping pattern is backwards. I sleep and nap during the day and stay up through the night. My hand numbness is the same since last post with no change. I really hope this is the last week.
