Day ten water fasting

Last night I was very close to eating everything. But instead I went for a long drive and tried to problem solve why I felt the need to binged. None of my reasons were valid and at the end I knew I feel far worse if I broke fast. It took me an hour to calm down. I am very proud of taking ahold of my urges and pushing through.
