It is early Sunday morning.
I want to leave for the Hillcrest FM
by 10 AM

Lots of creative ideas to play with today.

I want a photo of handing over the check to
JOE THE FARMER from NATURE"S EXPRESS.

I was looking for someone to take three of
the abundant crates of Strawberries.

There were many left over.
The Love Berries are in.

My first stop was HILLCREST WHOLE FOOD MARKET.

I did not get in the door soon enough to
coordinate with CAROLINE KATES,
my beloved YES woman of WFM.

I got an update of what to do.
There was no time to do it.

I then went to the NATURE'S EXPRESS.
MITCH bought the three crates.

That was very healing.

B of A?
That is Bank of America.

B of C?

That is the Bank of Compost.

I got the words Bank of COmpost
from my old friend JOHN MYERS.
He moved away to North Cal some years ago.
What a delightful friend.
He would polish his squashes
and treated each one like a baby.

He did not use credit cards.

He did use buffalo turds.
He got them from the buffalo farm across from
his place.

There is an outstanding understanding
of the Bank of Compost and the need for it

That book contains the Complete Book Of
THE WHEEL OF HEALTH by G.T. WRENCH M.D.

Dr. McCarrison's Studies in Health Values of this Valley
First Published in England, 1938.

You can find a copy of the book online.

I do not have time to look at this right now.

Perhaps you can look it over and find the paragraphs
where they speak of depletion and the importance
of returning what we take back to the earth.

If you have time, please go to the online version
and copy me a few of those paragraphs and tell me where you
found it.
