Day Eight

Today was my day off so I got a bunch of vegetables from the store and then I slept for some time.


I'm still struggling with the self-discipline thing. I was very tempted to break the fast today.


For some reason my gums are getting torn for no apparent reason.


Can't say there's been a major improvement in my skin or lungs.


I know if I want to get my health back I am going to have to juice fast for a long time.

After drinking some salt water I just passed some mucoid plaque. I have this amazing euphoria right now as I'm writing this. It's wonderful.
