day 7

I have finished day 7 of my water fast. Today I slept the whole day because I was feeling very week. I also have a very bad headache due to detox. For some reason my knee is starting to hurt, making it difficult for me to walk or do exercise. I weighed myself today and I have lost 11 pounds in 7 days which is pretty good. It looks like my weight loss rate per day is 1 1/2 pound. Overall everything is going pretty good and I am still staying strong.
