Two days of extreme activity
over the weekend.

Very hot today and yesterday.

I am headed to bed.

Lots of things I would like to write about.

Lots of things rolling through my head.

I blog as I think.
Often I stop to write.

Josh, how did we get into such a sorry state.

Most of us do not know what it is.

DR. BERNARD JENSEN has only been gone
less than a decade and much of these vital teachings
are falling to the wayside.

He held the space for something very whole.

He repeated what Hippocrates said,
Let food be thy medicine.

That is a mouthful.
