water fast

end of day 18...

my mouth is particulary dry today. i keep drinking water, but the dryness is still there.
also, it felt like a BM wanted to come, but couldn't. i thought about doing an salt water flush, but i don't know if that would interfere with my progress. i also just feel like i should let things flow naturally.

well...

i guess i pretty much have about 11 days to go!
