water fast

this is day 18 of my 30 day water fast.
i am down from 183 to 152 [i am 5'5"]! i'm so excited.
the weight loss for the past 2-3 days have been 0, but that's okay. the only negative so far is that my usually blemish free face has had a few minor breakouts. i knew that would happen and at least i know the toxins are leaving my body.

i can't wait until 30 days is up. i will do 10 days of juice fasting and by day 8 or 9 incorporate some raw fruits & veggies. after that i will slowly ease into eating, but i want to be vegan.

hopefully i will get down to 120-130 by the end of may!
