Smart Water

I really should add... I'm drinking only Smart-water, about 60 oz or so per day, according to thirst. For those who don't know, it's a calorie free distilled water enhanced with electrolytes. Being at my right weight, my body seems to become electrolyte imbalanced very quickly during a fast (I've only water fasted before, this was my first attempt at a juice one, and I really don't care for the juice fast as much, personally). Anyway, this fast has been so much better than previous ones. I seem to have awful reactions to lack of certain minerals, I think mainly potassium, and my body will actually seize up while I am awake when this happens. It has happened my past two fasts around day 4 or so, but hasn't happened at all this fast. I certainly attribute it to this discovery of Smart water.
