Every year around this time,
I get into the spirit of the Passover and Easter.
It's an Essene thing to do.

I've been having a number dark nights of the soul lately.

The latest was a series of nightmares last night,
that started with being awakened around 1:15 AM
when one of my 40ish Housmates here was taking a
bath in the basement tub within ear range of my bedroom.

It feels like I was up most of the night
processing too many experiences from yesterday,
some that were impactful.

Chef Jem and I sat in the EG Mobile
for about an hour after our acupuncture appointments
just now, and I felt somewhat better.

I was question whether I wanted to go ahead
and do the SAN DIEGO EARTH FAIR.
I committed to do that yesterday morning.

One of my other housemates lit into me
for his discontent with the state of our grounds
and the cleanup.

It catches me in a quantry.

Saturday I was so very lonely for community
and deep relation. I was feeling a lack of that
in ref to two close ones.

Then today, I read from The WHEEL OF HEALTH
1938 to Chef Jem, and in the brotherhood between us
I felt healing. We are of the same kin when
it comes to the teachings in this book
that are profoundly truth telling.

I was feeling some uplifting.

"Chef Jem, "Paul said, I die daily.
I surely die frequently these days."

In the mythology of astrology,
Scorpio is the sign of the Phoenix,
the bird that rises from the ashes.
I am a Scorpio.

I imagine Paul was a Scorpio too.
A person would have to be that
to die daily and get going.

My spirit lifted in the the lightness
between us.

I said this at 2:22 PM.
