Starting to feel a little weak

Loss from yesterday: 1.2 lb
Overall loss: 4.6 lb

Today I:
-Oil pulled
-Enema
-Skin brushed
-Walked for 75 minutes
-DRANK WATER

Emotional Aspect: Felt pretty normal, happy.

Observations:
~Felt a LITTLE weaker than usual.

Onto day 5!
