New Diet and feeling good by mo123 .....

Yesterday started a new diet. It is called the Natural Hygiene Protocol. A diet based on raw and fresh fruits and veggies and nuts from God's earth.

I was convinced to try the natural hygiene diet and only after one day I can see the affects on me

When I wake up I have a glass of filtered water with 2 t. of apple vinegar and 2 t. of honey and 1/4 t. of cayenne.

I eat no breakfast.

For lunch I have fruit in the right combinations. In other words no sour fruit or citrus with sweet fruits.

For supper I have my protein meal. Maybe a salad with some ground nuts or 1/2 an avocado. I alternate this with a starch meal on the next day choosing from brown rice, potato or whole wheat toast and a salad.

The first day, I wrote to my doctor and asked him what is wrong as I wasn't hungry. I had to literally force myself to eat. I finally threw the rest of the salad in the trash. Now why wasn't I hungry? It is wierd, I had very little food.

I will be fasting like David, every other day to get me as healthy as a horse.

AS many of you know I went thru a real bad time after my flubbed fruit fast.

So wish me well and I will keep you updated on my new body experiment.
